adults in Scouting should have a
clear idea of what they are expected
to do in their role. This should be
agreed with their manager at the
very start. To give you some general
guidance, click on the relevant

job description. Don't worry, you
will not be expected to do all the
things listed straight away, or even
all at once ! It's just to give you
an idea of what may be involved,
they can be adjusted to suit the
needs of the individual.
